Thanks for applying! Here's exactly how to set up your provider account, from sign-up to your first stay.

Stage 1

Create your account

  1. Sign upGo to app.vettercare.com and sign up with Google, Facebook or your email.
    Open the sign-up page →
  2. Verify your emailClick the link in the "Access your VetterCare account" email.
    Not there? Check Spam or Promotions.
  3. Open Account SettingsFrom the top menu, go to Account, then Account Settings.

Stage 2

Build your provider profile

  1. Become a providerClick "Become a Veterinary Care Provider," confirm the email we send you, then click the button once more.
  2. Set up paymentsIn the Payments section, click "Set Up Payment Account" to connect Stripe. That's how VetterCare pays you.
  3. Fill out your profileComplete My Provider Profile and My Services.
    A friendly photo and a detailed description help pet families choose you.
  4. Set your scheduleIn My Schedule, click "Bulk Edit Availability" first, then add the times you're free. Open to overnights or 24-hour stays? Add those times too.

Get approved

  1. Book your interviewA short video call with our recruiting team to confirm your experience and unlock medical services.

  2. Complete your background checkWatch your inbox for the background check email from our team and follow the steps. VetterCare covers the cost.
